Our Network

Data Center / Network Operations Center

All of the equipment we utilize is located in Vortech's data center. The data is staffed 24x7x365, and is equipped with a 200 KVA UPS (Uninterupptable Power Supply) System, and a 2,000 gallon diesel generator. All equipment has excellent ventilation provided by a data grade HVAC system. The entire center is secured with state-of-the-art security systems, and all cabinets are fully locking. In case of a fire, a non-toxic FM200 gas system is in place to prevent oxygen from fueling a blaze.

Network

All servers have access to fast fiber lines provided by Level3, Qwest, Cogent, and Epik. Multiple routes and excess bandwidth ensure constant connectivity. Backbones running at up to 622GBps are utilized to guarantee fast and reliable transport of your data. Inside the center, Cisco routers are used to connect each individual server to the uplinks.
